Six-Week Series: New Experiences with Like-Minded Women
Week 1: Meeting each other, talking about what you would like to try.
This week will get to know each other and talk about things that you would like to try or maybe have done in the past and would like to revisit that activity. This will also be a great time to be able to visit and get to know our group.
Week 2: Sourdough Bread Baking
We will meet at Nanette’s home and learn how to bake sourdough bread and also enjoy it with each other. Bring your apron and we will have the rest of the ingredients for you!
Week 3: Self-reflection and Group Discussion
Meet in the middle of this series with a reflection session. Share your experiences, insights, and the connections you’ve made over the past two weeks. This is a chance to celebrate your growth and plan out second half of the series together.
Week 4: Meditation or Outdoor Yoga (depending on what the group wants to do.)
Dive into a captivating meditation and engage in meaningful discussions about what that is like for you with fellow meditators. This week’s selection will focus on empowering women by being able to relax and destress. Come prepared to share your insights and experiences.
Reconnect with nature in this outdoor yoga session designed for all skill levels. Meet at a local park, where we will practice mindfulness and flexibility while enjoying the fresh air.
Week 5: Hiking Adventure or Beginners Dance Class (depending on what the group wants to do.)
Join us for a group hike on a scenic trail. This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy nature, get some exercise, and forge new friendships. All fitness levels are welcome, and we encourage everyone to embrace the journey at their own pace.
Reconnect with yourself in this fun and exciting dance session designed for all skill levels. Meet at a local dance studio, where we will practice mindfulness and basic dance moves while enjoying each other and learning a new skill.
Week 6: Networking and Reflection
Conclude the series with a networking event and reflection session. Share your experiences, insights, and the connections you’ve made over the past six weeks. This is a chance to celebrate your growth and plan future activities together.
